We make every effort to display our products and their colors, packaging, and details accurately; however, we do not guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before processing if such an error occurs.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, shipping address, and contact details.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), online banking transfers, microfinance bank transfers, and payments via PayFast.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or unavailability of stock.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of order confirmation by contacting us at info@overhail.com or +92 307 6828001. Orders cancelled within this window will be processed without any deduction.
Once the 1-hour window has elapsed, orders cannot be cancelled and will proceed to processing and dispatch. Our standard [Return & Refund Policy] will apply thereafter.
Orders that have already been processed, packed, or dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
OVERHAIL reserves the right to temporarily suspend order cancellations during sale events, promotions, or high-volume periods.
6. Shipping
We currently ship only within Pakistan. Please refer to our [Shipping Policy] for detailed delivery timelines and charges.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our [Return & Refund Policy], which forms part of these Terms.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to the OVERHAIL name, logo, product names (such as "RootLock"), designs, graphics, text, and images, is the property of OVERHAIL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
