1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timelines
Major cities (e.g., Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and other urban centers): 3–5 business days
Rural areas or in case of unforeseen delays: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping fee of PKR 300 on all orders across Pakistan, regardless of order size or destination.
5. Payment Methods
We currently support the following payment options:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Online banking transfers
Microfinance bank transfers
PayFast (card and digital payment processing)
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (where available) via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, so you can monitor your delivery status.
7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
If a courier is unable to reach you, they may attempt redelivery or contact you directly. Repeated failed delivery attempts due to unavailability may result in the order being returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
